It protects you against the impact of crises, conflicts, and change, and is thus the most important individual skill of the 21st century. In this workshop you will get to know your individual resilience level and learn more about your related strengths and weaknesses. With many hands-on exercises, we will work on your personal resilience to improve your mental fitness in your private and professional life in the long run.
