Research is a solitary path. Only it doesn’t have to.
When it comes to the success of research & innovation teams, communication is one of the key factors. The effective sharing and exploring of ideas within teams enhances chances of innovation and implementation of results. That is as much a matter of team members’ individual approach to communication as of mechanisms and policies installed in teams that support them with achieving their best.
This workshop will give you brief insight into how teamwork can drive innovation and what you can do to understand yourself and others better in order to enhance collaborations.
