MASTERCLASSES
Where Scientists Grow
into Innovators
Workshop series for TU Wien scientists, engineers and staff eager to
bridge the gap between research, innovation, and personal growth.
About the Masterclasses
Our two complementary workshop series are designed to support the journey from research to real-world impact.
Both are free of charge for TU Wien scientists, PhD students and staff from all faculties and institutes.
Entrepreneurship for Scientists (E4S)
E4S is for TU Wien affiliates who want to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and business skills — from market analysis and product development to funding, pitching, growth hacking, etc. Whether you’re preparing for a grant application, considering investors, or simply curious about entrepreneurship, E4S helps you navigate innovation beyond the lab.
Engines of Innovation (EoI)
EoI focuses on developing personal and leadership skills essential for innovation. It supports those who want
to communicate effectively, work efficiently in teams, and build a healthy, high-performance mindset.
Workshops cover topics such as innovation management, teamwork, communication, and personal development —
empowering you to lead with purpose and balance.
