In this interactive workshop\, we will explore what psychological safety really means\, why it matters\, and how you can actively foster it in your own environment. Through reflection\, dialogue\, and practical tools\, you will gain insights and strategies to create spaces where people feel safe to contribute\, learn\, and grow. \n \nAbout the speaker \nZuzi Hajickova Business Psychologist and Co-Founder RUBY Coaching GmbH \nZuzi is a business psychologist with three Master’s degrees in Social and Organizational Psychology\, Creativity & Talent Development\, and an Honours Master’s in Leadership. Her work experience includes roles as transformation coach\, change manager\, Scrum Master\, and agile coach\, and she is an experienced trainer specializing in psychological safety. She specializes in brief solution-focused coaching and nonviolent communication\, and draws on her experience in building organizations driven by intrinsic motivation and in leading large-scale projects of up to 500 people.
