Understanding the competition by conducting a market research and analysis is a crucial activity for any researcher who wants to bring their research results from the lab to the market. You want to know what’s out there, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. The goal of this workshop is to provide you with the tools & strategies needed to understand and evaluate the competitive environment you are operating in, and give you a sense of direction for uncovering how to position your technology, products and services in a way that gains a competitive advantage with potential customers.
