May 11, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm CEST

A positive working environment is innovative, collaborative, organized, and has a positive impact on the organization’s culture. However, not only the team leaders and supervisors carry the responsibility of maintaining a healthy working environment, but each team member should contribute to always improving and fostering a culture of productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

During this workshop, the goal is to make sure that you have the right tools and resources in order to foster an ideal work environment, a key factor which plays a vital role in motivating employees to maximize their performance at work.

In this workshop, we will learn:

  • ✌ how to create a safe environment that is needed for high-performing teams
  • 📣how to encourage effective and open communication within a team
  • 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏻 why diverse and inclusive teams perform better
  • 💥the dangers that can occur in a “nice” culture
  • ✍hands-on examples of an extensive collection of behaviours that we can use individually, as well as within a team
  • 🚩how to create an action plan to help implement the knowledge gained throughout the workshop
