“No business model survives their first contact with the customer”, affirmed Steve Blank, the creator of the Lean Startup movement. However, we often fall in the trap of delaying our reality check, immersed in perfecting our business plan, product or service.
Business Prototyping is often understood as a “minimum viable product/service”, but ultimately, what we are trying to build is a business that consists creates, delivers and capturing value in the market. Business Prototyping is a set of tools and techniques to quickly launch a business in the market to validate its potential, decrease uncertainty and increase chances of success.
