In this workshop, we will do a short assessment of your individual strengths and have a look at your personality through the lens of positive psychology. We will talk about the mixture of strengths within a team and what might be the benefits and downsides of knowing each other’s strengths. In addition to these, we will learn why being disagreeable might be a benefit in certain contexts, how to deal with difficult conversations and why it’s better to have a task conflict than a relationship conflict. In the end, we will present various tips & tricks for everyday scenarios that can be applied to yourself.
