We are happy to announce the 4th edition of the i²c Networking Friday taking place on February 16th, 2018! Last year over 450 participants joined the one-day event and let themselves get inspired.
For those of you who don’t already know: The i²c Networking Friday is THE innovation summit of TU Wien and offers the great opportunity to exhibit innovation driven by TUW scientists and outstanding students in the so called ‘Innovation Roadshow’ to a broad audience.

We call for patents, advanced stage research projects, TUW start-ups & spin-outs to exhibit at the i2c Networking Friday. We offer the exhibition booths free of charge to selected researchers and students of TUW. This is a great opportunity to get in touch with a high-profile network in an extraordinary ambience.
How to get a spot to exhibit in the ‘Innovation Roadshow’?
Send an email to email@example.com containing the following information:
the research/start-up/spin-out/ project name
the names of the team members & their affiliation
a short description (in English, max 600 characters)
status quo and what makes your project unique in the field of application (short, simple and easy to understand, max 1 page)
logo (high-res) – if existent
website URL – if existent
awards won – if existent
Additionally, please let us know if you
need space for a rollup
need extra space to display equipment

a pitch challenge where the participants of the i2c StartAcademy (10 TUW research projects) will compete in front of a selected jury of industry representatives and investors for cash and non-cash prizes. In 2016, prizes worth a total amount of EUR 50,000, including the i²c Award, a 5-months scholarship granted to PhDs with a high potential research result, have been awarded.
a panel discussion on ‘The Entrepreneurial University – an inevitable guiding theme of the university of the future or imminence of the universities’ key values’
a TUW Startups and Ideas Roadshow (exhibition of startups, spin-outs, research projects and innovative ideas from scientists and students of TU Wien)
a Networking Lunch: meet&greet with other researchers, students, investors, representatives of public funding institutions, politics and industry and many more.
