Coming from an IT and Business Process Integration background I was surprised about the low level of integration in outsourced Manufacturing of Electronic Goods which leads to a huge disconnect between the Product Designer and the Manufacturer. QualityLine technology provides real time data collection from every corner of the manufacturing line and automatically collects and analyze the testing data from automated testing equipment (such as ATE, ICT, functional testing stations, etc..). Fast ROI is achieved by remotely integrating with any kind oftesting station located on manufacturing lines, analyzing the data (using KPI) and then presenting in interactive analytics dashboards for further data mining and root cause analysis. The huge promise of "Industry 4.0" relies on such innovations that deliver results immediately and do not require to wait for the ressources of an integration project or the reinvest in new equipment! acccoi (yes: with 3 'C's !) stands for ACCeleration & COInnovation - helping to turn innovation into real business success for both, Start Ups and Corporates in Europe and the US. www.acccoi.com
